Herbalife offers a variety of flavors, like Dulche de Leche, Wild Berry, Pina Colada, and Café Latte to name a few. The most basic flavor French Vanilla tastes okay, it taste milky with a serious vitamin aftertaste which is not always preferred.

Hunger suppressor

According to Herbalife Reviews the shakes don’t do a great job at suppressing hunger, it has 9gs of protein which is a fair amount but only 3gs of fiber which is why you are likely to get hungry within a few hours. In order to stay full you can mix fruits or vegetables with it.

Herbalife shakes do a decent job on the nutritional scale. It only has 90 calories, just 5 of which are from fat. It also has 25% of your daily serving of vitamins and minerals. That’s not bad for a meal replacement shake. On a negative note it does contain 9gs of sugar.
